Community Pool Repairs

As previously reported, we conducted leak detection tests on our community pool due to undetermined water loss. The tests discovered the leak was within the in-pool lights area.

The repairs have been scheduled for Monday, March 31, beginning at 9:30 AM. The pool will be closed to complete these repairs and will open upon completion.

After the leak detection repairs, we will schedule the pool drain replacements which are a compliance requirement. This is one of the selected/approved projects for 2025.

In addition, the pool pole light repair has been completed. This was also one of the approved projects for 2025. The area is once again well-lit.
