The Board of Directors is seeking an Enclave homeowner(s)/residence(s) willing to coordinate a community-wide garage sale in 2025.

Still Looking for Volunteer!

Garage Sale Coordinator The Enclave

The Board of Directors is seeking an Enclave homeowner(s)/residence(s) willing to coordinate a community-wide garage sale in 2025. If multiple individuals are interested, that would be wonderful. Then we would have a committee!

This individual or committee would be responsible to the LHCA Board of Directors. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  1. Presenting plan to the Board of Directors for review and approval of timeline and items #2 through #5 below.
  2. Selecting a date of the community-wide garage sale and a rain date
  3. Preparing communications for residents regarding the date, time and any other details and considerations to be posted on community website, theenclavehoa.net, as well as Goodwin & Co.’s TownSq site.
  4. Posting in a timely manner to appropriate community sites the information about the community-wide garage sale
  5. Put up and take down any signs at the entrances to advertise the garage sale
  6. And any other duties as assigned regarding the community-wide garage sale

The Board of Directors is seeking an Enclave homeowner/resident willing to coordinate a community-wide garage sale in 2025. If multiple individuals volunteer, then we will have a committee. This individual or committee would be responsible to the LHCA Board of Directors.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1) Presenting plan to the Board of Directors for review and approval of timeline and items #2 – #5 below

2) Selecting a date of the community-wide garage sale and a rain date
