The Annual Meeting of the Lake Houston CA will be held on Monday, November 11, 2024 at 7:00 PM at Skeeter’s Mesquite Grill, Meeting Room in the Back, 4121 W. Lake Houston Parkway, Kingwood, TX 77339

For those that are not signed up for TownSq, below is the communication announcement posted regarding the Solicitation For Candidacy. There is one (1) seat on the Board up for election. If interested in serving a three (3) year term and would like to be placed on the printed ballot, you will need to return the completed form (see below) to Vickie Cain, Goodwin & Co by 10:00 AM, Monday, October 14, 2024.

Please be advised that due to unforeseen circumstances the Board of Directors has cancelled the meeting scheduled for this Wednesday, October 2nd. They are working to get it rescheduled. Once a date has been set, we will send out another notification.

Reminder – LHCA Board Meeting This Wednesday

The Board of Directors of Lake Houston Community Association (LHCA) will be holding a Board meeting on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Kingwood Library located at 4400 Bens View Lane, Kingwood, TX 77339 in the Meeting Room. This is the room located to the immediate right upon entering the building.

The subject of the meeting is general business of the Association. The Board will also be approving the 2025 Operating Budget and the 2025 assessment fee rate. There will be a homeowner input session for any member who would like to address the Board.

The meeting will then close for an executive session to discuss confidential information. Items that may be discussed in executive session include: actions involving personnel, pending or threatened litigation, contract negotiations, enforcement actions, confidential communications with the Association attorney, matters involving invasion of privacy of owners, and other matters that are confidential by request of an affected party and agreement of the Board.
