This past weekend Community-Wide Garage Sale

This was our second Community-wide Enclave Garage Sale. Like the first one, Saturday’s garage sale was advertised online at Nextdoor and Kingwood Yard Sales. Turnout was moderate even though weather was perfect.

LHCA/The Enclave HOA New Landscape Maintenance Agreement

At the January 2024 meeting, the Board proposed and agreed to bid the landscape maintenance services contract. Several vendors were identified, including our current provider. We provided two site reviews to bidding vendors.

After reviewing the bids, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce The Enclave landscape maintenance was awarded to Lake Houston Lawn Care, Inc., (LHLC), effective March 1, 2024. We are excited to have LHCA providing their services to our neighborhood.

Below are the Frequency Schedule and the Services Definitions included in the contract. A PDF is also included, separate from the embedded image.
