Best Trash Increase – Effective January 1, 2023

Best Trash has notified the Lake Houston Community Association, the Enclave HOA, of a rate increase.*  The new rate, including taxes, for curbside service will be $59.17 quarterly per residence effective January 1, 2023.

*The new amount increase includes an automatic component of the contract based on the Consumer Price Index-All Urban Consumers and additional expenses incurred associated with 2021 supply chain issues impacting the cost and availability for spare parts and collection containers, labor shortages/wage increases, and the pace and magnitude of diesel costs which have become a permanent part of their operating costs.
