Best Trash Rate Increase Effective January 1, 2021

Best Trash has notified Lake Houston Community Association, the Enclave HOA, of a rate increase*. The current quarterly rate of $46.91 for curbside service will change to $16.26 monthly / $48.78 quarterly per residence effective January 1, 2021.

Holiday Schedule: No service provided Friday, December 25, 2020 or Friday, January 1, 2021

*A component of our contract with Best Trash is for an automatic yearly price adjustment based on the twelve-month percent change as reported in the Consumer Price Index -All Urban Consumers, Series ID: CUSR0000SEHG02 Garbage and Trash Collection. Each of the last twelve months for which data is available is averaged. The CPI-U data indicates an average of 2.82%.

The 2020 Annual Meeting of Lake Houston Community Association

The 2020 Annual Meeting of the Members of Lake Houston Community Association (“the Association”), a Texas non-profit corporation, will be held on Thursday, November 05, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at the community pool area on South Strathford. The meeting will be held for the following purpose:

Election of two (2) Directors for three (3) year terms
