This is a reminder that The Enclave has two association fees:
The Lake Houston Community Association, The Enclave HOA, has the responsibility of the area within the perimeter fence. This includes the community pool & associated buildings, pool fence; common area landscape and tree maintenance, lawn service, irrigation water cost and system maintenance; and landscaping of entrance areas, pool park, and pocket parks within neighborhood.

The Lake Houston C.A. is due January 1 and is delinquent January 31. The 2023 Assessment is $512.44 per residential lot. The invoice is sent by our management company, Goodwin & Co., and is payable to Lake Houston CA.
Our Trail Association, Kings Crossing Trail Association, Inc., responsibilities include sidewalk maintenance on West Lake Houston Pkwy and Kings Crossing Dr., lawn maintenance on West Lake Houston Pwky and Kings Crossing Dr., tree maintenance, dead tree removal, trash pickup along the esplanades, irrigation water cost and system repairs in common areas (outside The Enclave outer perimeter fence), and The Enclave perimeter fence maintenance and repairs as needed.

The Kings Crossing Trail Assessment is due July 1 and is delinquent July 31. The 2022/2023 Assessment was $150 per residential lot. The invoice is sent by the Trail Association management company, FirstService Residential, and is payable to Kings Crossing Trail Association.

Residents traveling from Humble to Atascocita, and driving kiddos to and from Centennial Elementary can now use the new Timber Forest Drive Bridge. The bridge features four lanes for safe travel over the Union Pacific Railroad tracks and new sidewalks for walkers, joggers, and bicyclists.

Best Trash has notified the Lake Houston Community Association, the Enclave HOA, of a rate increase.* The new rate, including taxes, for curbside service will be $59.17 quarterly per residence effective January 1, 2023.
*The new amount increase includes an automatic component of the contract based on the Consumer Price Index-All Urban Consumers and additional expenses incurred associated with 2021 supply chain issues impacting the cost and availability for spare parts and collection containers, labor shortages/wage increases, and the pace and magnitude of diesel costs which have become a permanent part of their operating costs.
