The Board would like to thank all homeowners that participated in the Protective Covenant voting. And thank you to all that volunteered your time to reach out to neighbors to make sure they were aware of the mailing and collecting ballots. A special “Thank You!” to Thornton & Barbara House and Ruby Jones for spending days in our high-temperature heat checking in with our Enclave neighbors regarding the ballots.
The Board is pleased to announce that we have received the required quorum of votes. Now that we have received the 67%, State Law requires the Association to send a notice to owners that did not respond, with a ballot, to allow 20 additional days to cast their vote if they have not done so. Once that is complete then the amendments can be executed by the Board and then filed.
If you have not returned a signed ballot, the deadline is September 26, 2023 at 1:00 AM.
In case you have misplaced or never received a ballot form, one is below that you can download and print; then email to Vickie Cain at vickie.cain@goodwintx.com. Also, a Board member will be happy to get you a ballot and collect the completed ballot.
If you have any questions, need a ballot delivered or picked up, your board members are available to assist you.

Many of you seem to have set aside your letter and ballot that was sent out a few weeks ago. For the proposals to be adopted we will need to collect many more ballots than what have been returned as of the last couple of weeks.
Without your vote, nothing will change
And in case you have misplaced your ballot form, one is attached that you can print. If you need assistance, please ask a neighbor or let us know. The Board will be happy to get a ballot to you or collect the completed ballot and email to Vickie Cain.
