The purpose of the meeting is the election of two board members.
The annual meeting of the Lake Houston Community Association will be held Tuesday, November 29, 6:00 PM at the Kingwood Library’s Meeting Room. The Meeting Room is located to the right as you enter the doors of the library.

The Annual Meeting of the Lake Houston Community Association, the Homeowners Association, will be held remotely on Wednesday, November 16, 2022. You may choose to attend by Zoom with video, or by audio on your phone. Members will still be able to comment, will be able to see the Board members (by Zoom), and will be able to participate in the Resident Speaker portion of the meeting as set forth in the Agenda (three-minute limit per speaker).

Dear Property Owners,
On behalf of the Board of Directors for Lake Houston C.A., they have decided instead of holding the Annual Meeting via Zoom that they will instead hold the meeting at Board member Dick Ireland’s residence located at 2711 Penmere Court. The meeting will remain scheduled on November 17th at 7:00 p.m.

The Annual meeting will be held remotely on November 17, 2021. A notice was posted on our management company, Goodwin & Co’s website, TownSq . The notice also includes a solicitation for candidacy as there is one (1) seat on the Board up for election.

With current guidelines, due to COVID-19, we will be having our annual meeting at the community pool park to allow for physical distancing.
The 2020 Annual Meeting of the Members of Lake Houston Community Association (“the Association”), a Texas non-profit corporation, will be held on Thursday, November 05, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at the community pool area on South Strathford. The meeting will be held for the following purpose.
Election of two (2) Directors for three (3) year terms
