Election of HOA Board Officers & 2025 Proposed Projects

At the January meeting the Board of Directors elected the following officers for 2025:

President: Connie Emerson

Vice President: Devon Alexander

Treasurer: Tim Hunt

Secretary: Cheryl Austin

Director: Rick Pattison*

*Rick was appointed to the Board for the remainder of Doug Round’s term that expires in November of 2025

The Board identified & selected the following projects for 2025:

  • Pressure washing of entrance signs (March/April)
  • Extermination: Termite inspection of pool building & Mosquito Spraying
  • Pool Pole Light Repair (targeting 1st Quarter)
  • Pool Drain Replacement/Compliance (1st Quarter)
  • Landscape Replacements
  • Tree-trimming
  • Reserve for Pool Resurface Project – estimate to be needed in 4 to 5 years
