This year two board positions will expire. The Board will also be approving the 2027 Operating Budget and the 2027 assessment fee rate. There will be a homeowner input session for any member who would like to address the Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting will then close for an executive session to discuss confidential information.
