Goodwin & Co. our HOA Management Company’s New Process for Reporting Deed Restriction Violations – Effective July 21, 2025

Dear Homeowners,

Effective Monday, July 21, 2025, all Deed Restriction (DR) violation reports must be submitted using one of the following methods:

1. TWNSQ Portal Submission
• Log into your TWNSQ account and navigate to the “Request” section
• Provide the following details:
 a. Property address
 b. Description of the violation
 c. A clear photo of the violation

2. Goodwin Website Submission (No Account Required)
• Visit: https://goodwin-co.com/report-a-deed-violation/
• Complete all required fields

Anonymous Reporting Option:
If you wish to remain anonymous, you may enter “Homeowner” or leave the name field generic. Using one of the two approved methods above ensures your report is properly received and addressed by our compliance team.

Kingwood Photo Club Invites the Public to the Community Art Exhibition @ Lone Star College Kingwood

Join the Kingwood Photo Club and Lake Houston Area Artists as they showcase some of their work at the Lonestar College-Kingwood Community Art Exhibition, running from July 15 to September 4, 2025.

The Kingwood Photo Club will exhibit 48 photographs captured by 16 of its members.

The New Mailbox at N Strathford Ln Park

To the residents that are assigned the 12-unit clutter mailbox (middle item in photo) at the N. Strathford Ln park, it was finally installed on Friday, June 27.

The USPS, United States Postal Service, has informed us that keys will be ready for pickup within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) at:
