Every year our neighborhood looks forward to the magic of the Christmas season, especially spending time together at The Enclave Christmas gathering. It’s always a fun, relaxed way to kick off the holiday season!

Not everyone receives or reads the Newsletter (oh no!), and some might be new to the neighborhood. So, share the news, grab your neighbors and join us for a wonderful gathering.

REMINDER THIS WEDNESDAY : LHCA Annual Meeting

The 2025 Annual Meeting of the Members of the Lake Houston Community Association is scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, 2025, 5:30 PM at the Kingwood Library, Barbara Williamson Children’s Activity Room, 4400 Bens View Ln, for the purpose of electing two (2) Directors for a term of three (3) years to expire at the 2028 Annual Meeting of Members.

Attached please find the formal notice of the Annual Meeting, Absentee Ballot, Annual/Election Meeting Agenda, and Homeowner/Resident Information form which was also delivered to each member of the Association via US postal mail.

Submission of the ballot is very important to ensure a quorum is reached to hold the meeting and elect candidates to the Board of Directors. You may either bring your ballot to the meeting or send in your ballot by Tuesday, November 11, 2025. To send in by Tuesday, please email your ballot to Diamond Duncan, Community Manager, at: HLHCmanager@goodwintx.com

Reminder: Christmas Social Planning Survey Deadline

As preparations for this year’s Christmas Social are underway, we want to remind you to complete our short survey , see below, to share your preferences. Your participation helps ensure the event truly reflects what our community values most.

Replacement Cluster Mailboxes Have Been Installed – Next Step

Good news! New mailboxes have been delivered & installed 10/30/25, at the following locations:

  • Denmere Ct – at the end of the street
  • Elmstone Ct – at the east end (non-park side)

You may pick up your new mailbox key and any mail on Monday November 3, 2025 from the USPS at:

4025 Feather Lakes Way, Kingwood, TX 77339

To retrieve your new key and mail, please take the following:

    • A government-issued ID
    • Proof of residency

    There is no specific person to ask for; any USPS employee will be able to assist you.
