The pool is temporarily closed
The pool is temporarily closed following the annual City of Houston Pool inspection and posted CLOSED by the city inspector.
The HOA Board and the Community Management Company have been notified and are working on the noted items. Every effort is being made to have all items documented or completed by the return inspection date.
Unfortunately at this time, the pool will remain closed until at least August 21, as noted by the inspection report.
Below are the Aquatic Facility Inspection Reports

It is wonderful to see residents are enjoying the pool this year!
Recently several reports have been made concerning misusage of the pool. It appears that several non-residents or guests without residents have been utilizing The Enclave pool. The Enclave pool is not a part of the KSA community pool system or shared with other communities; it is for Enclave residents only or guests accompanied by a resident.
The pool rules are generally on a ‘honor’ system and we hope each resident will take responsibility for following, enforcement of the rules.
As a reminder, below are the rules. They are located on our website under COMMUNITY INFORMATION, POOL
Pool keys are available from Community Asset Management. Contact Vickie Cain, 281.852.1155.

We are currently missing two black metal chairs that are a part of the patio table & chairs that we have available at the community pool for residents. During the ‘swimming season’, the patio table and chairs are typically set up on the deck area in the pool area.
If you have any information about the missing chairs, please use this link: CONTACT US.
Thank you.
As a refresher and for our new residents, below is The Enclave’s Community Pool rules. Hope everyone enjoys the new, resurfaced pool!
