In mid-August, our pool company reported that the pool motor needed to be replaced. After installing the new motor, it failed to start, and the pool technician indicated there was an electrical issue preventing power to the pump.
After an initial electrician was unable to help, a second electrician checked the setup on September 3 and reported power was reaching the motor. With that information our pool company made the decision to replace the impeller which may have contributed to the motor not starting. This was completed on September 11, but the motor still would not run.

Following further inspection late Friday afternoon, our pool company suggested the potential culprit as a breaker in the pump switch box. Arrangements are being made to have an electrician return and resolve the issue.
Thank you for your continued patience.
